Search and Selection of Personnel
HRI's search and selection activity provides a rapid and optimal response to the client's needs. HRI supports the latter in identifying the profile, defining the personal and professional characteristics of the candidate, the duties, remuneration levels and proposed development of the position. It manages the whole research and selection process up to the highest professional levels, including junior and senior management roles. The search is carried out by means of a permanently updated database of professional profiles and fields. A specific job insert service is also offered, where required. For certain positions, head hunting (direct search) activity is organised. Selection is through interview with the candidates, as well as a personality test for more complex roles. At the end of the selection process, a list of suitable candidates is presented. Finally, HRI supports the client in placing the new person inside its structure and making sure he or she adapts efficiently and rapidly to the new role.
