Training activity is structured into several steps: support in identifying training needs and objectives, targets, methodology and approaches.
H.R.I’s training proposals are directed to the development of soft skills or transversal management skills: communication, leadership, people management and team building.
Personalized coaching sessions are also offered by HRI. These are aimed at acquiring management skills in both simple and complex corporate structures.
